Austrian Language and Culture

And once you study at our University …
… we will offer you a free course to get to know or improve your knowledge of German language and Austrian culture. After having completed the courses, you will be able to express your experiences and opinions about everyday situations in German (in oral and written form), and talk about topics that are of personal and professional interest. On the intermediate and advanced levels, you will also gain knowledge of Austrian culture and history.

To participate in the course you have to take an entrance test for finding out your level of knowledge

There are three levels: beginner, intermediate and advanced. All courses are offered each semester, start every year in March and October and take place at our main location in Wohlmutstrasse 22.

All students of our degree programmes taught in English will be informed by email that registration for the courses has been opened.
