Upon successful completion of the course, students will be able to: • explain the fundamentals of employee communication, its definition and challenges, and its Impacts on organisational goals • analyse internal communication in place and derive measures to improve the communication process • explain the functioning of common instruments and tools of employee communication and evaluate which tools to apply in given situations • evaluate current trends and tools for employee communication and apply them appropriately to various conditions
